GoGIN offers a methodological support in several matters:

• Definition of organisations: this involves identifying the expected production of the organisation concerned, defining the production processes and the skills required to implement them. To this end, GoGIN assists the organisations concerned and participates in the elaboration of manuals organising the work and the responsibilities of the various actors;
• Operational case studies: operational case analysis with the aim to extracting lessons learned;

Various methodological support: assistance in setting up a function (according to the skills held by the project team), assistance in drafting operational planning documents.
