What is IUU fishing?

The International Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing (IPOA-IUU), which was adopted by the FAO in 2001 gives us in paragraph 3 was descriptive and Lengthy definition of IUU fishing where each term of this phrase is defined.
